Excited to announce the next member of the LEAN Team! Meet accountability coach Jessica McCowan. Jessica has a passion for fitness, runs her own in-person personal training and virtual bootcamps! She has completed multiple rounds of the LEAN program and fell in love with the lifestyle right off the bat! I am excited to add her expertise in exercise to build on our beginner and modified workout options! In addition Jessica has the most positive personality and I know for sure will motivate my clients daily to reach their wellness goals. Help me in welcoming Jessica McCowan.
Hi, my name is Jessica McCowan. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Health, Wellness, & Nutrition Coach. I have been in the fitness industry over 15 years. I strive to help my clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health, fitness & wellness. It is truly a love and passion of mine and it brings me great joy to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being.
In addition to being a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach, I’m a proud wife and mother of two. In my spare time I love to hike, bike, watch movies, and relax with my family and friends.
I joined Amanda's LEAN program in September 2018. I instantly fell in love with her and the program! This program is everything that I believe in and preach to my clients. It works, it's sustainable, and the accountability is amazing! Even as a coach and a trainer, I too, struggle with keeping myself accountable. With the LEAN program, I have gotten the support and accountability I want and need, plus so much MORE!
